The starting ground for all our services is an upfront evaluation to ascertain your HR policies and practices to ensure they align. All employers must be in compliance with provincial law including health and safety regulations.
If you are a new business, hiring your first employees, experiencing growth, need a change, or just want to ensure compliance out souring HR can save you money, while giving you access to your own HR department.

We will meet with you in person or virtually to discuss your current business and HR situation, and provide you with a summary of HR considerations and opportunities for improvement.
